This 2007 wine comes from our certified organic hillside vineyard in Oakville, the same place where we grow our grapes for Emilio's Terrace and Sophie's Rows. We oak-age MoonSchlein blend for over 14 months and bottle-age it a year before we release it. This wine is ready to enjoy today. We recommend it for simple grilled or BBQ meats, slow cooked stews or your favorite red pasta sauce.
